Sam and Doug's Bark in the Park Fundraising Page
Help me help the animals! I adopted my fur baby, Doug, from Greenhill Humane Society and couldn't imagine life without him! Not only did Greenhill take such good care of him before winning over my heart, but I work for this amazing organization as well. That's why I will participating for Greenhill Humane Society's virtual fundraiser, Bark in the Park! I will be getting outside and getting active with Doug all Spring while encouraging my friends to celebrate their pets! With your help we can raise money to help the animals of Lane County and the people that love them!
Working at the shelter I've seen first-hand how important keeping pets and families together are, especially in the tough year we just had. This year it's more critical than ever that we come together to support the animals. This fundraiser helps us care for approximately 3,600 homeless pets every year and provide valuable services to our community.
In 2020, Greenhill cared for over 3,123 animals, including pets needing emergency boarding during the Holiday Farm Fire. (We helped 18 total species!) We distributed over 10,000 pounds of pet food through our Community Pet Food Bank and completed construction of our new state-of-the-art Veterinary Medical Hub and performed more than 1,961 surgeries!
If you can, please help me through my donation page. Your donation helps so many animals! Thank you for all the support! You can learn more about Greenhill Humane Society at green-hill.org.
